My overall experience at Hotel Napoleon in Susa was fantastic. The hotel is fancy and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The staff was efficient and the location was perfect, right by the excellent recommended restaurant Ristorante della Torre. The breakfast was very good and outstanding.

The staff were very nice and helpfull. They recommended that we travel to France over the mountain rather than through the tunnel. It made our holiday. Breathtaking. It would normally take an hours drive but give yourself another 90 mins as you will want to stop all the time for photos. They provided me with private under cover parking at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and had en-suite facilities. The town interesting with Roman ruins had good meal in the square.
The towels were bits of cloth suitable for taking your skin off and the pillows and bed uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst selection that we have had in any of the 9 hotels travelling through Europe. The croisants were disgusting and in plastic bags and the bread just as bad. There were wonderful bakeries nearby. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone just travel a bit further before stopping, I suggest you stay in Modane in France.

Very central location, at a walking distance from Susa Cathedral. Breakfast with fresh fruit salad and a beautiful view, as for instance. Excellent staff throughout our stay.

Mixed service but overall good experience 🌟
Had a warm welcome, although some staff members were a letdown. Enjoyed the cozy vibe of this small hotel and would definitely recommend it.

It was just a night stop for us. We were driving from Rome to Paris. Town is very quaint and the scenery is breathtaking. Breakfast room is comfortably large. Typical rolls and coffee. Coffee was great.
Beds were a bit hard. No onsite parking but had public parking just around corner.

Good mid range hotel; probably best bet in this town with few options. Nothing fancy but everything is comfortable. Very friendly owners/staff who allowed me to change reservation no problem.
The usual meager Italian hotel breakfast; mostly packaged stuff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in the heart of a charming Italian town. It offered a secure garage, perfect for keeping our car safe during the night. the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's rest, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options, including an excellent pistachio cream, as mentioned by other reviews.
The Wi-Fi connection was not strong and often disconnected in our room.

The value for money at Hotel Napoleon was excellent, with newly renovated superior rooms that were clean, comfortable, and stylishly designed. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and attractions, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

This hotel is a great choice for those looking for comfortable accommodations in a central location. the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. the breakfast had a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the underground parking and air conditioning.
The WiFi was patchy and didn't always work well in my room. the fan in the air conditioning could have been more powerful.

Arrived on Christmas eve to find a small Christmas tree in my hotel room. The hot chocolate in the main room was delicious and the views of the mountains from my window were breathtaking. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including a mini-fridge and TV.
The breakfast area was cramped, and there were no vegetarian options available. The staff seemed understaffed, and it took a while to check-in.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their excellent command of English was a pleasant surprise, as communication can sometimes be a challenge in Italy. Additionally, the rooms were spotlessly clean with great bathroom facilities. I was also impressed by the secure and innovative cycle storage in the garage. The laminate wood floor for bikes and motorbikes was a unique touch that I haven't seen before. Lastly, the hotel's central location in the heart of the city made it convenient for exploring the area.
No complaints, everything was absolutely fine.
